I. GAME DESCRIPTION: The Pacific Ocean appears friendly and peaceful. However, one day, our national defense system alarms. Four unknown fleets attack the merchantman on the Pacific Ocean. They have a dangerous warhead, wide-range explosive bomb, which can cause tremendous damages to their targets in a very large area. Your fleet is ordered to eliminate these evil fleets to retain the peace of the Pacific.
II. GETTING STARTED: After powering-up, the "SUPERVISION" logo and the main title screen are displayed. Then, a selection menu of "NEW" and "PASSWORD" will be displayed after you have pressed "START" key or "A" key. Select "NEW" to start a new game. If "PASSWORD" is selected, password can be entered by using direction keys and confirmed by pressing "A" or "START" key. Correct password allows your fleets to enter directly to particular battle field, otherwise the game will be started in the first battle field. There are a total of 4 battle fields in this game.
III. HOW TO PLAY: Once a game is started, a position chart is displayed. There are nine dots on this chart, each dot represents one troop of our fleet. The 9 troops consist of one flagship, one battleship, two submarines, two destroyers and three fighters.
There is also a cursor, when this cursor is not placed on top of any of our troops, the telegrapher would take a rest. The detail sea map can be seen and back by pressing "START" or "A" key. Apart from the troops, there are four background objects on this map.
Mountain              :   Nothing can pass through it.
Land :   Only fighters can fly above it.
Shallow Water :   Only Submarine cannot pass through it.
Sea :   All troop can pass through it.
When the cursor is placed above one of our troops, the telegrapher wakes up and the troop's formation is displayed at the bottom of the LCD. Four options are displayed by pressing the "START" or "A" key, each of them can be chosen by using "UP" and "DOWN" key then pressing "START" or "A" key to perform the selected operation. The selected operation can be cancelled by pressing "B" key.
Once all the troops have attacked the enemies or the "PASS" option is chosen, the operation right is transferred to your enemies who will carry out their moves and attack operations.
After the enemies have used their turns, a brief report on score, no. of turn, no. of enemies, no. of your troops and so forth will be shown.
Besides, as the submarine always dive under the sea, no troop but only submarines can see where the other submarines are.
IV. DETAILS OF THE FOUR OPERATIONS
MOVE        :   This option allows the troop to move but within a limit of this troop, i.e. its mobility. Different troops have different mobility values and each unit allows the troop to move one step. This option can be cancelled by pressing "B" key if there is no movement to perform. Besides, no movements are allowed if this fleet have attacked other fleets before, i.e. the MOVE operation is no longer valid after the ATTACK operation is performed.
