I. GAME DESCRIPTION
There is always a belief that living creatures exist outside the solar
system. And scientists are afraid that they would invade the earth. Hence,
they have designed a robot in preparation for future defense. In deed, the
invasion the scientists have predicted long ago have finally begun. This
robot, code named Earth Defender is put in action at last and you are invited
to defend the earth with the guns provided.
II. GAME INSTRUCTION
The logo and the title sceen will be shown when the power is on. And
the START key will bring you to the playing screen. That screen will show
you the score on the left hand corner and the life force on the right hand
corner. Games will be over when the life force is used up. After a short
delay, the high score and your score will be shown and you can then select
either to continue or to end the game.
Six stages are included in the game. Promotion to the next stage is
allowed only after you kill the head invader. Some invaders can be killed
once you shoot at them but others can only be killed after being hit several
times. Whatsoever, 200 marks will be given for every successful shot.
Conversely, your life force will be reduced by one if you are hit by an
invader. And your life force will be reduced continuously if you keep on
clashing with the fire. Note that this fire cannot be destroyed by shooting.
Thus, take caution of the fire!
During the game, prizes will be given if you collect letter A, P or U
or an oil drum. In detail, an oil drum would fill your life force, a letter
A will provide you with a more advance weapon, a letter P will increase the
power of a gun and lastly, a letter U will increase your life force by one.
Use the direction keys to turn the gun at the required direction. Press the
B-key to fire. The A-key will move the Earth Defender upwards.
